Our team has decades of experience in high-volume industrial manufacturing operations driving performance improvement. We’ve experienced firsthand the limitations of outdated performance management software, which led us to develop a smarter, more effective standard for transforming operational data into actionable intelligence.
Mike founded MADERA on a simple premise: manufacturers deserve software built by people who actually understand their world. His career began on the floor of a high-volume industrial manufacturing operation in Chile in 1994 and has since taken him to nearly 20 countries across 3 continents—consulting, strategizing, and leading organizations using methodologies that deliver real, sustainable results. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Mike brings the same discipline and conviction to MADERA that has defined his career.
Jeremiah is the person our clients hear from first—and most. With over 20 years in manufacturing operations, engineering, and maintenance, he knows the challenges our clients face because he’s faced them himself, including leading successful business unit turnarounds in automotive and flooring. At MADERA, he channels that experience into every training session, installation, and support call, making sure our clients receive real value from the software from day one.
Clay gets things working—and keeps them that way. With 20 years as a maintenance, operations, and automation leader, he has a deep background in reducing downtime, driving automation projects, and building smarter maintenance strategies. As a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, he brings that same analytical rigor to MADERA’s software implementations, from programming and installs to training and troubleshooting.
