Week 1 is configuration. We work with your team to map your facility hierarchy — production lines, machine centers, functional locations — into ASPEN’s structure. We sit down with maintenance and operations leads to map your existing failure codes (or build new ones if you don’t have them). The goal isn’t to fit your plant into our software. It’s to match the software to your operation.
Week 2 is hardware. ASPEN ships to your facility ready to plug and play. We confirm PLC connectivity remotely, validate that data is flowing, and walk through the install with your team. Most installs are running by end of week.
Week 3 is training. Not death-by-PowerPoint training, but walking the floor with operators, supervisors, and managers, with the software up on real data from real machines. Operators see their own line, in their own language. Supervisors see how to pull a report. Managers see what to ask for in the next morning meeting.
Week 4 is feedback. We come back. We sit in your morning meetings. We see what’s working and what isn’t. We adjust failure codes, dashboard layouts, and reporting cadence based on what your team actually needs.
The customers who get the most out of ASPEN are the ones who treat those four weeks as their work, not ours. Pick a process owner. Show up for training. Use the data in your next meeting, even if it’s incomplete. Ask us hard questions. We’re not going anywhere.
