Because Aspen is a hardware-software solution, there is an upfront cost that covers hardware, configuration, setup, and training. The final upfront cost will ultimately be determined by the number of tablets that will be deployed, and the hardware we require to integrate with the nuances of your mill’s network and equipment. What is the ongoing cost
Madera software is provided via a monthly subscription that will vary based on which modules are chosen, the size of the facility, and the number of facilities where the software is being used. Do you offer a free trial?
Unfortunately, no. Because Aspen is a hardware-software solution, there is an upfront cost that covers hardware, configuration, setup, and training in order to have Aspen up and running.
Do you offer discounts
Yes. Discounts are available for companies deploying Madera across multiple mills. Additionally, a discount is offered to those companies paying their subscription up front annually, rather than monthly.
Can I cancel my subscription, or am I obligated for a minimum period of time?
We know that once you begin using Madera, you’re going to love it, and wonder how you ever managed without it. However, should you decide at any point that you need to cancel your subscription(s), you can do so at any point, with no penalties.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. Because you are paying a subscription for each Madera module, you will never face a bill for upgrades, enhancements, or new features on any module. As we refine, improve, and innovate, you will reap the benefits at no additional cost.
